what entittlements for DRC holders

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if anyone knows of any benefits or entitlements for holders of derivative rights resident cards.
Any one who has the link that details guidance on what those with these particular cards are allowed to in terms of travelling and point me in that direction I will appreciate very much. Am looking for directives on travelling to any EU country eg Belgium or Netherlands, is it mandatory for the child(whose primary carer I am) to come along as well, before visa is issued or not just like in certain EU where non EEA spouse has to go with EEA spouse to allow entry. Thanks in advance for anticipated answers.
