Need advice on Dos and Donts for EEA permit

Post by infotechman » Thu Jun 05, 2014 11:14 am

Dear all,

I plan on applying for the EEA family permit soon. Having read numerous number of posts on this forum. I am very skeptical and reluctant to apply for the EEA permit.

My wife is a Polish citizen, and I am Nigerian. We have been married for 3 years. We plan on going to England for about a week just for holiday. We won't be going with our toddler. He will be with my mother-in-law while we are gone.

I work as an English teacher in Poland. My work contract is until the end of June as there are no classes in the summer.
My wife, on the other hand is a professional volleyball player. Her contract just ended. She is yet to sign another one as she is in talks with other clubs. So between July and September, non of us will be working.

Having stated my current condition, What would you advice in terms of applying. I will be applying from Warsaw, Poland

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards.
M.E
