Hi.
As you said, your wife is already in UK since 2007, you need to submit her employment letter if working, document showing that she's looking for job if unemployed or documents showing that she is self-employed or self sufficient. Those documents shows that your wife is exercising her treaty right in UK so it is really important to have any of those documents.
