Help Permanent Resident EEA4

Hi there
I am Msauzi a Non EEA National family member of EEA National.My mum is EEA National working and resident in UK and My Dad British Citizen since 2012. 2009 October came UK by using non eea Family permit and 2010 January got Resident Card for 5years which valid up to January 2015.Two years a go got pregnant and left home,so two years not living with parents .I am planning to apply Permanent Resident by using form EEA4 BUT My Mum refuse to sponsor me because I left home and not living with them.I am 21 years Old from 22/06/2014 and I am planning to apply PR October 2014.

My Question is do I have any way to apply Permanent Resident or other settlement without using my parents? Iam working and getting 17,000 a year.Please anyone help me
