Applying for EEA4 when can i apply? confused :roll:

Hello

My EEA2 visa expires on 21/03/2015 however i got married on 15/11/09 this means my 5 years will be on 15/11/2014 if its counted from date of marriage.

when should i apply for my EEA4 visa?

also my wife Hungarian national has a PR and we have a British citizen child.

Assuming you were living in the UK since marriage, then when you complete 5 years of residence as married to EEA national. The date on the RC is irrelevant.

Thanks Jambo, yes i have been in uk since 2007, i was on student visa and i got married in nov 2009.
