Letter - Re employment / Treaty rights

Post by Needhelp2014 » Tue Oct 14, 2014 7:09 pm

Just a quaestion;
- Partner refused to provide documents that he is excercising his treaty rights. Can I call his employer and ask them to provide the letter?
- Can I contact HRMC and ask for a statement. I have his NI number . The divorce is over in 6 weeks time and I need this information.

Advice.

Sarah.

They are subject to the Data protection act. Not sure they will be willing to assist.

Perhaps UKBA may want to assist you under Section 40.

However i will not bank on it.
