please advise.. Appeal allowed but no EEA2 yet.

could somebody please advise me as to what to do>>?

as mentioned in the thread already, you can see that my appeal was allowed on 16th july, 14 my wife being a student and she is now no longer a student. can they still refuse my eea2 and say we have no proof of her excersing treaty rights>?

my wife has about a grand in the bank and i am on 24k a year, should that prove self sufficiency? if now what are my options?

any help would be much appreciated from the mods as i am losing sleep and peace over this..
