We have been recently granted EEA FP for both of my parents (non EEA parents to join EEA qualified citizen in UK). We plan for my grandfather, who is impaired (COBD and mobility issues), to apply for the EEA FP too. We have a problem with that and embassy does not seem to bother answering my emails.
We can't bring him to the visa section to pass biometrics. I presume they will not accommodate any other arrangement. I am wrong or correct? What would be practical suggestions to resolve the issue? I will be thankful for directions.
