My partner is a French National who has exerced his EEA who has ireaty rights over the last 5 years and we have been togheter for 10 years.

I heardthat i can get a legal residence as an EEA dependant or Permanent residence.
if we pove it.
the problem is that we have not the same address togehter, because i apply for asylum seeker before dealing with my case to the Immigration.
