EEA4 unpaid holiday

Post by ohojska » Sun Feb 15, 2015 3:04 pm

Dear senior members,
would you please advise me on our case. I'm the EU and my husband is a no EU. on the 01.12.2014 we applied for his PR(EEA4) based on my employment. On the 22.12.2013 I gave birth to our son and I was for 9 months on maternity leave and after that from mid October to mid December I was on unpaid holiday which was granted by my employer as a post maternity leave. After that I went back to work-same employer. My concerned is, is there gonna be any problem that I was for 2 months on unpaid holiday? I still provided 6 years P60s and last payslips with the explanation why they don't show any income but that I'm going back to work. I didn't have a private insurance for that 2 months as I was still employed just not getting paid.
Thank you for any opinions.
