Are Interns considered as workers under EU law

Post by logical_1 » Wed Apr 22, 2015 6:33 am

Dear members,
I would like to know if a person would be classed as a worker if he/she is doing a paid/unpaid internship for a duration of about 5 months.
Any replies would be highly appreciated.
Regards.

A paid internship will be sufficient to earn a person a worker status.

Provided of course it is of economic value.
