Self Employment

Dear Members,
I was wondering if Teaching English Online is sufficient to prove self-employment in the following case.
1.The clients exist in Asia.
2.There is documentary evidence such as invoices, contact details for customers, self employment registration with the authorities, bank statements to show money coming in etc.
3.The tax hasn't been paid because the person has only resided in the country for less than 6 months.

Any answers would be appreciated.
