Permanent Resident UK - section 5.3 Absences requirements

Hi All,
I am EEA national and I have lived in UK since November 2006. Can please someone tell me what are the requirements of the absences for the Permanent Resident EEA(PR) form? The guidance states it needs to cover 5 years and on the form it states in
section 5.3
Have you (or has your sponsor, if applicable) had any absences from the UK since you/they entered?
I can recall all absences for the past 5-6 years but not for the last 10 years :(
