Non eea application refused

Hi All, please I need your advice. I am non eea family member (divorced) I applied for permanent residence with my Ex id, But was refused because of 5months gaps in his employment history before the divorced date. But there was an evidence of him applying for jobs in the 5months gaps. I was given opportunity to resend a new application with evidence of him ecxercising treats in the 5months gaps or to appeal. Please can anyone give me advice on this matter. Thanks

Can you share when you apply for PR I mean can you share your timeline please

I put in my application in May 2017 before it got expired in July 2017. It was refused in Dec 2017 based on not supplying ex I'd, I applied again in Dec with my ex id but came back refused in march, reason of refused is 5months gaps in his employment history. Advice me please on what to do. I have evidence of him applied for jobs in that time gaps

You can made fresh application and provide the evidence that she is looking for a job and you can go for appeal right as well where you can provide the evidence that she is looking for a job ... one way the other you will be fine ...

Can you confirm the date please on which date in Dec you apply again and the date when your application refuse
