how to challenge PR acquire date

I got PR but my acquire date is starting from then end date of my visa. While i been married to my EEA spouse since 3 years before visa and did not applied visa in first 3 years of marriage. And my spouse been excercising treaty rights since day first of our marriage.

1. My question is do EEA time starts from marriage date or visa date?
2. How to challenge this PR acquired date if it starts from marriage date?
3. Any EEA rule which can support my situation if I want to challenge my PR date ?
4. which form I have to use to approach case worker in this situation?

please advise me forum
