Refused entry from UK

I need an advice. I married with EU Girl almost 3 years before in feb-16 in Italy, when i got my Resident permit in Italy i travel with her to UK in Nov-16, but they refused entry and said you have a convenienced marriage, and later they also refused entry to my spouse and sent her back to italy, now i am living in Germay I have German resident permit as well, now my wife she is living in UK and working as well, my question is that can i come to UK, is there any possibility to come back. Thanks
