Citizenship after permanent residence card

Post by Bennoor14 » Sun Jan 06, 2019 1:43 pm

Hello
I am an EEA family member come with visa on 2012
Married in dec 2012
Residence card January 2013
Divorced on July 2017
Apply for permanent residence on dec 2017
Refused based on EEA ID on May 2018
Appealed and got my appeal date on this January 2019
My first question is what’s the question I will be expecting . And how long it take to get the result of the court ?
Second question
If my permanent approved when can I apply for for the British , do I need to wait a year after the permanent or I will count my 6 years since I arrived
Thank you for all your reply 👍

No one can tell you how long you will have to wait.

If you are granted PR you then need to wait for 12 months before you can apply for British citizenship.
