issues with the EU exit app and online application

is anyone experiencing a problem using the App and online form?
im non eu family member applied with my RC before my EU spouse , had a great difficulties using the app when it came to verifying the RC as the phone wont recognise the chip, however you are llowed to skip this part for now, which i did and finished submitting the evidence through the APP then the real problem started .. i cant log into my online application to complete it, clicked on the link which HO has emailed me , but then the website recognise my details and when it comes to the page where they supposed to send me a code to log in .. i get ( sorry we have a problem with this service) this was from 11 am monday untill midnight monday now and despite phoning them 5 times and doing as told , deleting history, tried a different phone and a laptop, i still cant log in online form to start my application with the same error message .. despite me finishing off through the app and receiving the link. not sure where this is going
