EEA (FM) UKVI’s new front end services

Hello, i am a Pakistani National holding a Valid Residence card of a family member of a union citizen issued to me by Italian Authorities because i am married to a Italian citizen who is excercising her treaty rights in UK from last 6 months. I would like to know if i will apply for residence card in the UK at the same time with her as qualified person EEA (FM). Will we both will be able to use the UKVI’s new front end services operated by Sopra Steria.
