Just currently in the stages of filling out the EEA (FM) permit and there is a couple of things I'm not too sure of, if there is anyone that can help out that would be great!
There is a question about how long I have lived in the UK for, I previously lived here on a tier 5 youth mobility visa as I am from Australia, I did my 2 years and my at the time girlfriend came back to Aus with me, proposed, married and all that and came back to the UK 10 months later.
so my question is, Do I put in 3 years (start of tier 5 visa till now) or 3 months (when we got back to the UK)
It then states if I was out of the UK for over a period of 6 months put in when and why, when we were in australia we technically "Lived" there and not here
Just so overwhelming the questions just looking to see what others think.
