Permanent resident card

I'm a EU citizenship, I've lived in England since 2012 and I've applied (and received) a Permanent resident card 2 years ago
This week I wanted to apply for settled status and checking all my documents I've realised I've lost my permanent resident card...
As per this page https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-a-uk-resid ... tolen-card I've reported the lost card to the police and got a police case reference number, now I've noticed that I also need my "residence card reference number", now, having lost that I have no idea what the reference number is... I've tried to contact home office and I've been transferred to many different call centers, anyone can advise?
Not sure if there is a way to retrieve the reference number, the only thing that I have is the case ID for the application, I've received that via email, that's the only thing I have...
