HELP AFTER BEEN DEFRAUD BY A CONSULTANT CALLING HIMSELF A LAWYER

Please people i need help .After my divorced with my eaa was issue a right to stay by home office which was later cancelled due to unskilled lawyer who run me into thousand of debt.Home office is claiming my marriage is not genuine anymore because i have a kid with another lady during my course of marriage to my EAA after going for a credibility interview which was meant for my son application.My case had been adjourned 2 times because home office refused to provide the tape recording of the interview and also refused to provide my hand written note on that day.Another date had been scheduled for a new hearing again and the judge give them 7 days to provide this document the 3rd time....still they only provide their own summary which was written by the interviewer and going through it nothing was state correctly not even my home address....My questions is it still possible for home office to reversed their decision and grant my right to stay back?

Hello

Sorry that you have been let down by your consultant. Many are not worth the money you spend on them. I have seen very good ones but the majority are just glorified forms-fillers.

It seems the Home Office is disputing the validity of your marriage to an EEA national.

The fact that you had a child with another person and your are divorced from your EEA national are strong points for them.

It's already difficult to prove that a current relation is genuine, it's even harder to prove the same for past relationships.

How did you respond to their doubts? Can you prove that you lived with your EEA national? Shared financial commitments? Were both a family events? Travelled together? Had joint bank account?

You need to face them with hard evidence now

Thanks a lot for your response.Yes i have some pictures ,our council tax ,tenancy agreement all house we've lived together payslip, many document even original receipt we used to pay out rent for over 4 years we've lived together we both dont travel together as she is too expensive for my pocket but the only time i travel she pick me up from the airport which i have the pictures as well.Also the kids that involved was not know to me until after my divorced as this kids bear someone else name before which i changed after a valid DNA from kings cross hospital and all this happen after this child is 3 years plus and have the DNA proof as well I wouldn't have not know anything if not that the kid involved is autistic and that's when i got involved for a dna which unfortunately march me. But my concern is why home office refused to provide the interview record tape they used to revoke my right to stay because the summary they sent most of the words written down was not correct and this is the third adjournment on this same case ..So is it possible they reversed their decision
