Hope everyone is fine as COVID-19 disturbed everyone's life but hope everything will get back to normal very soon.
I'm an Irish citizen and my 2 little daughters are also an Irish citizen and currently living with their mother in Pakistan. Now I want to bring my family in UK and want to settle with the family in UK.
Being an Irish citizen, I have a same rights as a British citizen. I rang week ago to the office for apply a NI number but unfortunately they said I cannot apply for a NI number till 30 June 2020 because of Covid-19. But If I will find a job then I can work without getting a NI number until the ban lifted or lockdown.
I have few questions in relation to bring my wife in UK. Please If someone went through or have an information then please let me know. Below are the questions:
1) What visa do I will have to apply to bring my family in UK. EEA permit or Pre-Settlement visa.
2) Can I apply for visa without having a NI number. As obviously it is not my fault or anybody. Situation is everywhere ruined.
3) I have a proof of address of UK but no NI number so far. Can I still apply for a visa or not ? Or must have a NI number ?
4) Currently living in Ireland but offered a job already from UK. Can I apply from an Ireland or must be in the UK before apply for a visa ?
5) What documents do I need to apply for a visa ( EEA permit or Pre-Settlement visa). Please give me the full detail lists of documents. If possible.
6) Is there any financial requirement for this visa (EEA permit or Pre-Settlement visa) or need to show a bank statement with enough money ?
7) If I'm eligible to apply for a both visa's (EEA permit or Pre-Settlement visa) then which one is better or easiest to get it.
How long will take to get it the visa from Pakistan.Please anyone has the answers of above questions. I will be thanks to you guys.
