EU settled status daughter living in UK bringing over retired parents.

Hi everyone, I hope to get some advise please.
I live in the U.K and recieved settled status. My father is a German citizen and my mother South-African citizen living in South Africa.
They are both retired and I would like to bring them over since all their family left S.A long ago and they dont have anyone left over there.
My question is what will be the best way to get them over? especially my mother since she's on a S.A passport?

Just to confirm/clarify, are you or is your spouse an EEA citizen?
