EUSS FAMILY PERMIT

I am an EU National and also a naturalised UK citizen, I also have an EU settled status that was granted to me upon my request.
My question is, how do I bring my daughter who is 23 years old and my nephew who is 24 years old to the UK via the EUSS FAMILY PERMIT VISA. I have been financing both of them since birth.
I learnt that it wont be an easy task since they are over 21 years of age hence this note to seek for advice and how to tackle this.
