EEA4 - Supporting documents HELP

I was wondering if somebody could give me an advise. I will be applaying for my husband's EEA4 soon. My questions are:

I (as a sponsor) have been working many years in the UK, however I have only been registered under Worker's Registration Scheme for the last three years but i have wage slips and contract from my employer covering over 5 years. Is it a problem?

2)
Do we need to prove our 5 year relationship? Do we need to provide utility bills with our names on the same address?
