Im going to apply PR 25/08/2010...
I can provide 2 year tenancy agreements, 2 years utility bills
i can not provide 3 tenancy agreements, 3 utility bills , i live with my brother in ther house all utility bills come on his name ..
I have 5 years P60

The aske in Guide note provide tenancy agreements, utility bills
This is first vision Guide note come out in vision 1.0, July 2009 first time ?

2 Question i have 2 childern born in uk have Swedish national. ned also apply PR for them or not ?

You are Swedish? How long have you been exercising Treaty Rights in the UK? In what way? Employed? Self-employed? Or how?

as an eea national, you don't need to apply for permanent residence because it's automatic after you've lived 5 years in the uk. you can apply for a confirmation of these rights, though - it's free but takes ages! all you need to do is file an application for permanent residence and provide evidence that you've lived here for the past 5 years.

I can provide evidence that i lived here in uk for the past 5 years..Employed work histori
i can not provide tenancy agreements, utility bills for 3 years , live withe my brother .. all bill come on his name...
