EEA2 visa refuse

Hi! I would like to ask if anybody can give me advice with my case
I am from Kyrgyzstan, I am 24, I came to UK in 2001 like a student, I had student visa from 2001 till 2005
In 2005 I got married with EEA national and I received visa for 6 month after those 6 month I applied for 5 years visa, I received later from Home Office that they are dealing with my case after that I did not heard from them for 3 years, in 2008 I called to Home Office and they told me that your case still on consideration and they send me later confirming my call to them. In 2010 my solicitor send later to Home Office to find out where are my documents, it 3 weeks time I received later from Home Office where was said that I was refused in visa in 2006 because of EEA passport purporting to be evidence is counterfeit. (In 2008 it was still in process but in 2006 visa application was refused, How cams?) They still did not send me our passports.
We do not leave together any more with my husband for last 3 years he found other women and left me and now I cannot find him, he changed his number and his parents moved to another address, so I am not able to find him. But my mother is British she received British passport 1 year ago if it can help in my case.
So if anybody knows what can be done in my case to help me stay legally in UK?
