Sending in EEA2. IS COMP. SICKNESS INSUR. ETC NECESSARY?

My wife and I both use this website and thanks to everyone that share their experience here and to the advisers. It wonderful!

I'm sending in my EEA2 app soon and I wanna make sure everything is in other before I send it in as I can't afford to use a solicitor.

I manage to get a few advice from a solicitor. I was told comprehensive sickness insurance isn't applicable to me as I'm not applying as a self sufficient person.

Can anyone who as gone through EEA2 process or anyone who know about it please advice me on the questions below and tell me anything I may need to support my app.

Please feel free to ask any question that may help you answer my question.

My question is as follows:
1) Do I need comprehensive sickness insurance?

2) My wife and I have got 2 room at different addresses. 1 we live there for free because it's my families flat, the other is rented because she want to be close to work so she can be able to relax in btw jobs. Although we plan to move to a new place soon. Will the ukba suggest we're not living together as she uses this address for some of her letters such as bank statement? And likely to reject my app based on this?

3) what documents or letter other than listed below do you reckon I should send with my app?

Document- wife's id, my home office id, wife's rc card, wife's employment contracts and pay slips, wife's bank statements, mobile phone records (both of us), tesco cc statement in both our names, gas and electric bills in both our names and of course our marriage certificate.

Have you had a look at the guidance notes accompanying the EEA applications? They are very self explanatory and advise what supporting docs are need for each category. This is a very straightforward application and doesn't require anything extra other than what the UKBA requests.

CSI needed for self sufficient individuals and students.

if youwant to get advice from the forum you have to give more details
whats your nationalities
how is the EEA national excerice her treaty right,work student, depandant on the non eea, self suffiscent etc
once we got this informations we ll be happy to assiste you in anything

I got an advice from the solicitor and was told I don't need CSI.

I am Nigerian and my wife's exercising treaty right as a full time worker.

I've sent in my app about a week ago, does anybody knows how long it takes to get a response that says they received my app?

there is possibilities of rejecting it in basis of luck of evidence of living togathere other words marriage of convenience
its hard to understand being married living at 2 adresses
they will be suspecious

and no CSI needed obviously the EEA spouse in employement
