How long does EEA APPEAL process take from start to finish??

EEA decision appeal. Non-EEA fam member to appeal the decision by UKBA to revoke older RC/or refuse to issue a RC (still awaiting the decision).

How long would the whole process take from start to finish. Is it possible to initiate the process (and presumably it must be initiated within 28 days of the decision) and complete within 2-3 months? Will the hearing date be set depending on how busy the tribunal is or do EEA appeals have precedence over other routes?
