Hi
i am a south african and i am married to a german girl. We have been together for 5 years and married for 3 months we are currently staying together in south africa and we want to relocate to germany i have a south african passport so what must i do?

You will have to comply with the German rules on immigration for family members. I don't know the details; it probably includes passing an exam in German language at some stage.

If the two of you were going to live in any other EU-country, you would benefit from EU directive 2004/38 which generally means far less requirements than under any country's national immigration laws.
