PR refuse help.....

we apply for permanent residence and got a letter explaining that we have been refuse,on the bases that i and my siblings do not live on the same address as my mum and we are finacially independent for the past 4yrs.
and we do not supply any explaination for that.
we are be living with our girlfriend and boyfriend while each has a child
the senior one has one girl which is 3yrs and a boy who is 6month,whiles i have one girl who is 3month now and last has a girl who is 5yrs now.
can any help.........
