How long does Zambrano certificate of application take?

Pls, I would want to know if an applicant would need to send original passports of British child and his/her non eu father, for residence permit based on Zambrano jugedment in UK.

Would it be an EU family member residence card or will an ordinary leave to remain be issued on successful Zambrano application. To what address would applications be sent to?

Also, has anyone recieved Certificate of application based on Zambrano,and how long did it take.

There is no clear guidance on Zambrano yet. The government has not enacted the ruling into domestic legislation yet. There is no indication as to what the nature of the document that will be granted to these people will be.

All they say is, a certificate of application will be issued to people who think they benefit from the ruling, until in due course, when legislation will be enacted.
