Hi,

I need help, I dont know what to do with my papers, Im currently on the residency permit as i am married to a european citizen.
We been separated for the past 6 months, and it doesnt look like we will stay together..
my permit expires on 2014, am i still be able to apply for the permanent residency?

you need to give more info....no one can help you unless you specify howe long you have been married for and other information regarding your case.
