Hi,
I have applied for EEA2 Residence card in 20 december 2011. I received my COA on 25 January. I haven't hear anything since after from Home office. Is this normal that they take full 6 months to decide application? Because I saw almost everyone is receiving their RC in 4 to 5 months maximum. Shall I ring Home office just to push them? I know it wont change anything but I am little bit worry as this waiting is killing me :? Will it affect my application if I will ring them ?

thanks

Your application was made almost six months ago, you are entitled to have it expedited. Phoning and asking will not have an adverse affect on your application.

You can phone yourself. No need to get solicitor to do this for you.
