Hiya

Just a quick question I am on a Spanish ID card and I am a non EU national, I am in the process of sending my paperwork through for a UK RC, I have offer of employment, I have my tax rebate letter from years ago when I was in employment in the UK, can I use this to substitute for a p60 or a p45. Is there a link to an EU amendment, as proof that I can legally work on my Spanish ID.

what do you mean you are in the process of sending your paperwork through for a UK RC? On what basis are you applying for residence in the UK? where are you applying from?

I am applying from the UK as my wife is English and claimed treaty rights thus I have a Spanish ID, just putting the rest of the paperwork together and sending them to the lawyer. My wife is in full time emplyment

on what basis did you enter the UK? do you have an EEA family permit? what application are you making via the lawyer and why aren't you asking him or her these questions?
