Hello,
I want to ask you about problems with visa because my friend is from Morocco and he came to England on student visa and 3 months ago it expired. We are wondering what we can do with his problem because he wants to stay here and he wants to be clear with government. Is there any solution to solve this problem?

Please help us and thank you for help.

There are solutions to his problem; the most obvious being leave the UK as soon as possible. However, if he would like to remain in the UK or leave and re-enter the UK under a new visa, he should come to this form and explain his circumstances so that people can make suggestions.

Thank you for replay. I know everything about this case so only tell me what more details i need to provide to get some solutions? The main is that he doesn't want to come back to his country because it's not so simple to get new visa.

perhaps you should have explained that in your first post rather than referring to him as your 'friend'.

What is your immigration status in the UK?

how long have you been together? Are you living together - if so for how long?

I'm Polish so I'm European. We are together about 10 months but we will live together in July because currently I'm in Poland so I spend some time in England and in Poland but from July I'll stay in England permanently.

what do you plan to do when you are in the UK, e.g. work, study etc?

until you are living and working in the UK there is no application your partner can make to remain here on the basis of your relationship. Once you are living here, the problem you will have is that he will not be considered to be your family member unless you have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for 2 years, or you are married. If you were married and you were living and working in the UK he could apply for a residence card as a the family member of an EEA national

Your thread is best suited to the EEA applications section of the forum although as stated at the moment your partner is not in a position to make such an application.

apply for another student visa. if he is lucky he will get one but chances are very rare as he is an overstayer
