hi i am from thailand just married to my Romanian girl friend she is currently not working and dont have Accession Worker Card, i still have my own student and did not applied spouse dependant visa from HO,
can you help me please? how to apply for Accession Worker Card for my wife, and can i work full time if i am dependant on my wife, how much money have to show on bank? is it easy? can romanians be deported if they dont get Accession Worker Card? and what are blue card yeloo card and purple card?

A Romanian national can exercise treaty rights easily by being a student, self-sufficient person or self-employed person.

They can also do so by being a worker, but they generally need a work permit for that. That may be more difficult to obtain.

If they are exercising treaty rights, their spouse can be with them.
