Hi all,
Hope life is doing well to you all. Recently my mother is planning to visit me and my wife (eea national) here in UK. She has been here few years ago on the general visit visa.

I have heard of EEA family permit. Can someone please advise me if she can take advantage of EEA family permit? or she should still apply for standard general visit visa.

Your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

To qualify for an EEA permit the mother would need to be dependant (with a burden of proof required) on the EU national that is living in the UK. I would imagine that this is not the case, so a UK visit visa is necessary.
