Marriage Certificate EEA FAMILY PERMIT

Hello,
just have a confusion could some one advice me on this please,
Next month i am going to apply for EEA family permit from india for my wife and kid i am muslim i got married on 30th december 2009 in muslim tradition, i have a certificate also which is in urdu, i have translated in english than on 2nd of feb 2010 i registered my marriage in registrar of marriage which everybody has to do according to law.
my questions is do i have to show my both marriages certificates or just one
which i registered by law.
Second question is i have just started working i will get my first pay slip next month does one pay slip is enough or i have to wait for 3 pay slips which it will take another 2 months please help
