hi,
according to european regulations and UKBA guidance a non-eu partner can use his employment income and saving to make his eu partner as self sufficient for excercising eu treaty. But i just want to know that how long bank statement of EU national partner we need to attach while sending EEA2 and EEA1 applications.
regards.

The most recent three months would be appropriate but send whatever you have if you can't make that. What about Comprehensive Sickness Insurance?

thanks for your reply.
yes. i have bought medical insurance but it does not say anything comprehensive but just tell the policy name. And especially to know that in uk and all world there is no private medical insurance that cover pre-existing conditions and offer 100% outpatient cover. Likewise i also have private medical insurance which have benefit limits for outpatient medical treatment. does this work.
regards.
