Dear all,i want to apply for PR,been married in Apr 2007 to EU,residency was sept2007.plz can i apply for PR now,and what do i need to send to HO?

What does that mean? When your Residence Card was issued? Or when you moved to the UK?
Since your marriage, how has your spouse been exercising Treaty Rights in the UK? Employed? Self-employed? A student? Or self-sufficient person?

Thank you very much John,for reply to my post.what i mean is that we been together since 2006 here in UK.got marrrie in 2007 Apri and in Sept 2007 was issued Residence Card.my wife is working,and she got are RP last year.

It seems that you have obtained PR automatically in April 2012 and can now apply for a confirmation from the HO using form EEA4.
The form lists what are the supporting evidence required. It should include:
* Your and your partner passport
* Your wife's PR blue card.
* Proof of 5 year residence for you (tenancy agreements or utility bill or P60 with your address on them etc).
You can apply for British citizenship (if you wish and meet the requirements) from April 2013.
