EEA Family Permit or a Residence card EEA 2

I'm Ukrainian national have been living in the UK for 3 years and my fiancée is a French national, who have been living in the UK for 5 years. After getting married in the UK do I need to apply for a EEA Family permit or I can directly apply for a Residence card of a family member of an EEA national EEA 2? Should my fiancée apply for a EEA1?
