Could any one please explean about derivative residence card.
how this will effect on ROR & PR.
i am gong to apply ROR October 2012.
will it effect my ROR & PR
read all new regulation but nothing understand bit confused if any anyone please explean will really appreciate. i m bit warrid now as am passing very hard family life.

This has nothing to do with RoR in cases of divorce.

Derivative RC is for non EEA parents of EEA child ("chen" cases).
