Hi Everyone

I am a EEA citizen and currently living and working in the UK since October 2010.
Currently I am renting a very big room in a shared house (only Spam, bath,... are shared)
I have strict access to my room, and the occupants are not related to me.
everybody has strict access to his room.

[it's a big house of 6 rooms, shared by only 3 occupants (including myself)]

I plan to aplly for the EEA family permit for my future wife, I wonder if I match the accommodation requirements, because I intend to rent a flat only after acceptation of the visa.

shall I proceed as so and write a letter explaning my intentions (perhaps with some pictures of the room and the house), or do I need to get an 'appropriate' house before?
(eg. a flat)

Any advice would be greatly appciated

thanks a lot

There are no accommodation requirements under the EEA regulations.
