I submitted EEA1 & EEA2 forms yesterday (16/07/2012) - I loaded the online form in the morning from HO website to get the postal address (as I had already sealed the completed forms in the envelope) - and sent them with Royal mail Special delivery.

Unbelievable! - I loaded the form later in the evening to get the address again for tracking purposes -AND IT WAS THE NEW 07/2012 VERSION?

Could this be a problem?

Not an issue at all.

As the form states in the front page: "Please note it is not mandatory to complete this application form. However it will assist in dealing with your application more efficiently if this form is used".
