hi i am non eu citizen married to german citizen i am going to apply under eea2 as i am already in uk on other immigration category i have some questions
1 my marriage took place out side uk in germnay do i need to register my marriage in local council ?
2 my wife studies full time in a university at the moment she is looking for job and i work full time does she need european health insurance and shd i need that health insurance as well as i m already registerd wi gp
3 if she able to find job before i submit my application then she is fulfilling treaty rights in 2 ways job and education in form we should mention both or just full time education .

4 do i need to fill in section 9 of eea 2 form i have no idea for that for whom is it for section 9

5 it says if your eea national is studying you should provide us either scholarship from university or government or either enough resources such as savings and bank statements is there any minimum limit of savings or bank statement is it should be made for 5 years or only for 12 months because if they need to see financial resources for 5 years that will be big amount .

6 and if she is getting scholarship and no money need to pay to university then still do we need to shoe self sufficient

2) If she can prove she is a job seeker, then CSI is not required. If she is just a student, she would either require EHIC from Germany or a private health insurance. You don't need insurance in either case. Whether you are registered with a GP or not has nothing to do with EEA regulations and the requirement for insurance.

3) Tick employment as easier to prove (payslip or letter from employer) and doesn't require insurance.

4) It's for other case not covered by previous sections. Not relevant in your case.

5 & 6) The form says "A bank statement or evidence of a grant or scholarship or a declaration of sufficient funds". The easiest is just a signed letter by her declaring that she has enough funds not to become a burden on the state. No detailed proof is required in this case.

i have to ask you one more thing as we dont have a full flat we only have one double room rented we pay rent for that room and we have lease for that room not for whole flat our rent is including council tax do we need to show separate that we pay council tax or as per lease its included thanks.

There is no requirement to show you pay council tax when applying for Residence Card.
