I sent my EEA2 apllication on 14th june 2012. When i track it, it says that the information is not available yet. I went to the post office, they said maybe it was not scanned, and they give me a claim form.
What I have to do now?? How can I know if HO has receive or not my application??

What royal mail service you used either the one with red sticker or grey sticker (next day).
Better to call ho to know that is it in their system. If operator not cooperative then call later.

The same has happened to me. As advised above, call HO for confirmation of application. it is very likely that HO got it already.

Thank you all for your help
I called them today, just waited for 5 min. They said that they receive the parcel, and I will receive very soon the CoA.
Thank God, I was very worried.
