Visitors Of Non EEA family member of an EEA Nation

Dear moderators thanks a lot for creating such a useful forum. Following a change in the visitor visa requirements me and my husband a bit confused. My husband have previously invited his family to come to visit him in the UK they have applied as a family visitor. My husband holds an EEA residence card valid for 5 years. He wants to invite his parents , however, as the forms are changed we are not sure what form do they have to fill. i.e General visitor or Family visitor.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

General visitor. Following the changes in the rules, you need to have ILR/PR for family to come under family visitor.

Are they dependent on you and your husband?
Have you lived all together?

Directive/2004/38/EC- No they are not dependant on my husband as his father is owner of several businesses in his country

It sounds like European free movement law is not relevant. You might want to post in one of the other forums:
