Got visa family permit and what next?

hi there
i have a few Questions..

My hubby got his visa for family permit

1)How long can he stay in his country after receiving visa to uk ?

2)Can he visit his country in the first 6 months?(father is sick )

3)I live in manchester but now we are thinking to move 2 London does that matters for the papers?

4)can my hubby work the first 6 months when he comes to UK?

5)Which form we need to fill next or which place we have to visit when he comes?

is there a site where i can find the rest of the information i was on the ukba site but i can't find aything..

I hope someone could help me i dont have any family out here.. it 's this site all i have so thank you for helping me out

1) As long as he wishes. However, the visa is valid for 6 months.
2) Assuming he is a visa national (i.e. needs a visa to enter the UK as a visitor) then - Yes as long as the EEA Family Permit is valid or if he gets 5 years Residence Card.
3) No.
4) Yes.
5) Apply by post for a 5 years Residence Card using form EEA2.

1) As long as the FP visa is still valid for him to come to the UK.
2) Yes as long as his FP visa is still valid for him to come back to the Uk.
3) Not at all London is part of UK
4)Yes he can as long as you the EEA is still within treaty right.
5) EEA2 form you don't need to go anywhere.
